B2C Enterprise Website Content Strategy



This represents the home page of a larger, B2C Enterprise website with multiple search portals, a help center, gated and ungated content sectors, and hundreds of interactive assets. The project include teams across the organization and external vendor support. My role was to produce and execute the content strategy for this new product and be the SEO expert. This involved competitive market research and analysis, incorporating customer insights, interviewing SMEs and gathering assets, designing architecture, and copywriting.
